As such, all products purchased directly on our store website, knobandlock.com, include a “Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.” This is specifically applied to damaged/broken products. In order to receive a replacement product, follow the steps below.
1. Email customerservice@knobandlock.
2. Include in the subject line “Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.”
3. Include your name and a PICTURE of the broken/damaged product in your email.
4. Our customer service team will then get back to you regarding further steps, which will include you returning the damaged/broken product back to us in exchange for a replacement.
5. You can expect a response to your email within 48 hours, Monday- Friday, during business hours (ET).
This exchange can happen at any time. Our guarantee is for life. The nature of the product becoming damaged and/or broken will not impact our promise to you, our loyal customers.
